Rhiannon, affectionately known as Rhi, is a valued member of the Reclaim Health and Rehabilitation team, where she serves as our dedicated NDIS Liaison. With over a decade of experience in administration and reception roles, a significant portion of which has been within the healthcare industry, Rhi brings a wealth of knowledge and a profound commitment to supporting our NDIS clients on their unique journeys. 

Her professional journey commenced in a private hospital, laying a strong foundation for her career. However, her deep passion for sports and an active lifestyle soon led her to transition into the realm of Allied Health. This diversification of her experience between Allied Health and hospital settings has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricate healthcare industry, particularly how different services integrate and collaborate for the benefit of clients. 

Rhi initially became a part of the Reclaim family in 2021, stepping into the role of a receptionist. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made her an integral part of our team, allowing her to establish genuine connections with our clients. In 2022, she temporarily bid farewell to embark on a personal adventure—hiking the challenging Heysen Trail alongside her partner. 

Her journey led her to work for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), where she deepened her understanding of the NDIS landscape. This invaluable experience further fueled her dedication to making a difference in people’s lives. It is with this passion and her commitment to building trust and effective communication that Rhi returned to Reclaim, this time as our NDIS Liaison. 

In her current role, Rhiannon collaborates seamlessly with our team, connecting the dots to ensure our NDIS clients can access the vital supports and services necessary to achieve their unique goals. Her return to Reclaim, armed with the experience and insights gained throughout her career, underlines her dedication to empowering our clients to thrive. 

Outside of her professional life, you’ll often find Rhi enjoying the great outdoors with her partner, whether it’s hiking, swimming, surfing, or engaging in a friendly soccer match. Her love for home improvement projects is equally apparent, as she frequently frequents Bunnings to acquire the latest power tools for their renovation adventures. With Rhiannon as our NDIS Liaison, you can trust in her commitment to helping you access the support and services you need to achieve your goals, all while fostering a warm and empathetic connection.
